A yearbook is a filing problem before it is a design one: dozens of people, each with a photograph, a title and a sentence, all needing to look equally important.

AmCham Slovenia's annual yearbook: member portraits, club pages, interviews and paid advertising, all in one volume that has to stay readable and stay on schedule.
The move
One grid, and a colour per value. The Ambassadors of AmCham Values pages turn a membership list into a chequerboard — every portrait tinted to its value, every quote in the same tab shape — so a page of twenty faces reads as one thing instead of twenty.
The detail
Full-page advertising sits on the same margins and the same type sizes as the editorial, so a black page facing a white grid still reads as the same book.
